WHAT ARE THE COVERAGES OF OUR PRODUCTS?
All-new gadgets come with a one-year guarantee against manufacturing defects. This implies that if your equipment fails to function correctly during the appropriate warranty period, we will replace or repair it at no cost*. The warranty terms that apply are as follows:
Batteries: Each battery comes with a 6-month guarantee.
Consumables (such as coils, mouthpieces, and e-liquids): Due to the nature of these products, we are unable to give a guarantee on consumable supplies.
EXTENDED WARRANTY FOR JUES DEVICE
As a JUES customer, you may extend the warranty on your JUES device from the regular 6-months to 12-months.
To be eligible for the Extended Warranty, your online profile must be successfully created prior to the 6 (six) month anniversary date of your JUES device purchase or receipt date.
The Extended Warranty will only cover your JUES device and will not cover any consumables (i.e. Pods).
Otherwise, the Extended Warranty is subject to the mentioned Warranty Terms & Conditions.
When filing a claim, proof of purchase and account registration is required to authenticate the warranty and qualify for the extended warranty duration.
WHAT OUR JUES WARRANTY DOESN’T COVER
This warranty does not cover any defects caused by normal wear and tear or product misuse, including, but not limited to:
Negligence on your part or that of a third party.
Inadequate application of your product in line with the user instructions.
Repairs or alterations that are not approved.
Inadequate charging of your device (including the use of alternative chargers and charging adaptors).
WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR MAKING A CLAIM?

You will be asked to describe the problem in detail, as well as enter your phone number and email address. Please ensure that you have this information on hand.
If the product is determined to be defective, we will replace it or issue a refund.
You may be requested to return the defective gadget for further investigation. Failure to return the malfunctioning gadget when requested may have an impact on your claim.
